The space
NEW TO THE RENTAL MARKET!! BE ONE OF THE FIRST TO ENJOY ALL THIS HOME HAS TO OFFER! The home has 3 spacious bedrooms and additional sleeping amenities if desired. The house is stocked with kids’ games, beach reads, pool toys and beach gear. All the oversized bright bedrooms are equipped with remote controlled ceiling fans and high-end mattresses for your comfort. You will find Smart TVs in the Living Room, Kids’ Room, Master Bedroom and Pool deck and all are set up with YouTube TV.
The Living Room is equipped with a 65” OLED TV and Sonos Sound Bar which can be used to enjoy a family movie or play music from your mobile devices with ease (Sonos app necessary for music control). This room has large windows, a set of glass doors that lead to the deck, 20-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, and opens to the kitchen area.
The kitchen is complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an induction oven. The large table has seating for eight and there is enough kitchen equipment to cook a delicious meal should you choose to dine in.
On the main floor, you’ll also find the Guest Bedroom with a 10-foot ceiling and a comfy queen-size bed. This spacious bedroom has a full-length mirror and huge closet, giving you plenty of space to unpack and settle in!
The second bedroom is the designated “Kids Space” with two twin-over-twin bunks and a separate TV/play area, making this the perfect place for a vacation slumber party!
Last but not least, the Master Bedroom is on the upper level, which is furnished with a king-sized bed and has a private oversized ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and steam unit in shower. Upstairs, you will also find a designated workspace with a desk that provides you with the option to sit down or raise to stand up.
You will find a powder room on the main floor as well as a full bathroom. Each full bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you don’t need to worry about bringing your own!
The laundry room is also on the main floor, next to the kitchen. You will find hooks and a drying rack should you choose to do some laundry.
Take a break from the sun and play ping pong in the game area or watch TV on the covered deck couches. Upon returning from the beach, feel free to rinse off in the HOT & Cold outdoor shower before jumping in the pool or heading inside. There is a half bath located inside the garage area, so there’s no need to dry off and head inside while you are having fun.

Heating the pool and spa is optional. The cost is $120 per day for the pool only and $60 per day for the spa only for a total of $180/day for both.
