“StayNook is a short-term vacation rental property marketing platform designed to allow property owners and managers a risk free, “no cost to list” alternative website that connects owners and managers to individuals seeking vacation accommodations. StayNook is structured to connect vacation rental seekers directly with property owners/managers without StayNook’s involvement in the customer/owner/manager business transaction and relationship.

Owners and managers who list their properties on this website will collect the rental fees directly from theircustomers and pay only a small booking fee to StayNook if and when the customer books the property online. The booking commission fee will be predetermined and run from 5% to 10% of the rental amount, with larger rental fee transactions priced with smaller commission fees.

Property owners and managers collect the rents directly into their own bank accounts at the time of payment by the customer, StayNook provides a transaction history report, and owners/managers pay their own accommodations taxes to their state and local governments.
