These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of StayNook and all of its associated services and content. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website.
StayNook serves as an online platform where property owners ("Owners") can list their properties and potential renters ("Renters") can browse and book these properties for short-term stays. StayNook acts as an intermediary to facilitate these transactions and does not own, operate, manage, or control any of the listed properties.
When using StayNook, you agree to:
a. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding property rental and booking.
b. Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account and listing a property.
c. Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
d. Not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.
e. Not use StayNook for any illegal purposes.
a. Owners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their properties, including descriptions, amenities, availability, and pricing.
b. Owners must ensure that they have the right to list the property and that doing so does not violate any agreements, contracts, or laws.
c. StayNook reserves the right to review and approve property listings before they are made public.
a. Renters can book properties listed on StayNookbased on the availability and terms set by the Owners.
b. Upon booking, Renters may be required to provide payment information and agree to the specific terms and conditions set by the Owner.
a. Owners and managers who list their properties on this website will collect the rental fees directly from their customers and pay only a small booking fee to StayNook if and when the customer books the property online. The booking commission fee will be predetermined and run from 5% to 10% of the rental amount, with larger rental fee transactions priced with smaller commission fees.
b. Payments for property bookings will be processed through Property Owners designated payment gateway.
a. After completing a booking, both Owners and Renters may have the opportunity to leave reviews and ratings for each other.
b. Reviews should be honest, respectful, and based on personal experiences.
StayNook makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided on the platform. We do not guarantee the condition, safety, or suitability of the listed properties for any purpose.
In no event shall StayNook be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, property listings, or rental bookings.

StayNook reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account for violating these Terms or engaging in any harmful or illegal activities.
StayNookmay update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to users, and continued use of the website after the changes will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StayNookis located. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
