Under the Palms is a beautifully renovated island home on a quiet street with a large lot. There is a new luxurious pool and hot tub for your enjoyment (spa heating is extra fee, see below). It is a short walk to a pristine beach. The house is two streets over from the IOP Recreation Department, which includes a large playground, as well as basketball, pickle ball & tennis courts. Downtown IOP and the grocery store are a quick three minute drive. The IOP Marina is just 10 blocks away!
